Slab leaks are the job most small shops send elsewhere. Marcus has done them since his commercial days, so we keep them in-house.
We locate acoustically and with pressure testing before any concrete is touched. Knowing exactly where it is decides whether the fix is a small opening in the slab or a reroute overhead.
Often the reroute is cheaper, faster and less disruptive than breaking the floor. We will price both and let you choose.
The bill that spiked is useful evidence for an insurance claim. Don't throw it out.
